Membership and access
FJS Concierge is available by application. Membership is granted at our discretion and may be reviewed at any time. Access does not guarantee availability of any specific offer, provider, or experience.
Requests and execution
We act as your agent in sourcing and arranging services from third-party providers. While we vet our network carefully, the services themselves are delivered by those providers and subject to their own terms. We will always tell you clearly what is confirmed and what is not.
Pricing
There is no public pricing. Fees and terms are confirmed on acceptance and quoted privately for each membership level and request. Nothing is charged without your confirmation.
Offers
Private offers are a live selection held for members and invited clients. Availability is limited, time-sensitive, and confirmed only once a request is accepted and arrangements are in place.
Conduct
We ask members to treat our concierge team and provider network with the same discretion and respect we extend to you. We reserve the right to decline or end service where that standard is not met.
