FJS Concierge exists to serve private clients. Discretion is not a feature of our service; it is the service. We collect only what we need to fulfil a request, hold it securely, and share it with no one beyond the people and providers required to act on your behalf.
What we collect
When you apply, request, or enquire, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, contact details, and the particulars of what you need. Our systems structure that information so a concierge can act on it quickly. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information under any circumstances.
How AI is used
Intelligent systems help us read, structure, and prepare your requests so a human concierge can respond faster. Decisions about access, verification, and execution are made by people. Your information is never used to train external models.
Providers and partners
To deliver a request we may share the minimum necessary details with a vetted provider: a hotel, driver, broker, or partner. Every provider in our network is held to private-client standards of confidentiality.
Your control
You may ask us at any time to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Write to the concierge desk and a person will handle it directly.
